Orsakir truflana þann 20.03. hjá Títan.

Engum ætti að dyljast að það er flókið og fyrirhafnasamt að halda Netinu stöðugt í 100% sambandi. Nú hefur komið í ljós að tafir, sem urðu á mælingum hjá okkur þann 20.03., áttu upptök sín hjá Intís einsog meðf. bréf gefur til kynna.

"Sorry it took so long, but this was a difficult problem to trace down.
We are using the routing protocol OSPF within isnet to "advertise" where IP networks are. Your problem started when a couple of routers within isnet sent routing updates to the router you are connected to. The router you are connected to rejected the routing updates causing a problem in it's routing table. Unfortunately when something like that happens, it can take a while for the router to get the updates required to have a full routing table again. This is why things were slow and it took a while for it to find routes. I have checked the problem with Cisco and this type of problem is transitory and should not happen again.
I know as a customer of Isnet you are used to having direct access to
technicians. If you notice network problems, please contact me directly."
